Job Details Description Are you currently a paraprofessional? If so, we would love to speak with you regarding positions for our St. Cloud location! Fraser is looking for caring, compassionate people that want to teach kids to thrive and truly making a difference in the lives of others! In this position you will be interacting 1:1 with children aged 2-7 in a clinical setting that are diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder while engaging in fun activities to help build their skills and social awareness. You will assist clients with increasing independence, skill development, self-care, safety, sensory processing, and communication. What Can Fraser Offer You? · Competitive Pay: This position starts at $18.00 to $20.19 depending upon experience and education. We also provide our staff with the skills and training to receive their RBT certification, resulting in an increase in compensation and opportunities for career advancement. · Schedule: Our clinical hours are Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 4:30pm. · No experience? No problem! The first two weeks of employment are dedicated to training at full pay and full-time hours. · Comprehensive Benefits: $350 hiring bonus offered for external new hires! Requirements: · Education- (compensation ranges vary dependent on education and experience). o Qualify with a High School Diploma or equivalent OR o Qualify with a Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science field (i.e. psychology, sociology, etc). · Passionate about children with special needs and enjoys making a difference in the lives of children and families · Experience with preschool-aged children, children with diverse needs, autism, or a mental health diagnosis are highly preferred but not required. · Ability to pass DHS background check · Reliable transportation · Commitment to promoting diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion with a focus on culturally responsive practice, internal self-awareness, and reflection.
