Job Details Description TRAINING SPECIALIST SUMMARY: The Training Specialist is responsible for training new team members of the department on company and department policies, guidelines, procedures, and practices. The Training Specialist will have all applicable training materials prepared and updated to ensure training courses are organized and effective. They will be responsible to help identify where further training is needed between new and existing team members to ensure PCI's standards are being met. TRAINING SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES: - Prepares, updates, and organizes all applicable training materials. - Provides training courses in person via classroom style while utilizing current systems & technologies within the department. - Ensures new team members have successfully completed all training components to become a fully functional member of the team. - Knows when to adjust training methods based on individual learning styles when expectations are not being met. - Responds to and initiates customer phone calls to address escalated accounts and payment related questions. - Assists with escalated calls during periods when not working on training material. TRAINING SPECIALIST QUALIFICATIONS : Required - High School diploma or GED. - Minimum of 1-year relevant work experience. - Previous Customer Service experience. - Strong presentation skills with excellent verbal and written communication. - Willing to adapt and prioritize tasks accordingly throughout the workdays. - Must understand, recognize, and train to different learning styles. Preferred - Previous experience in a call center environment. - Previous experience with a finance background. OFFICE LOCATION : - 628 Roosevelt Road, St. Cloud, MN TRAINING SPECIALIST SCHEDULE/HOURS - Full-Time, 40 Hours/week - Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm TRAINING SPECIALIST COMPENSATION: - Pay Grade: H4 - Minimum - Midpoint: $23.50 - $26.75 per hour - Starting Pay Based on Experience & Role BENEFITS : PCI has standard and competitive benefit plans, which include group medical/dental/vision, short term disability, long term disability as well as an attractive group of voluntary benefits.
