Training & Quality Coordinator

Job description JOB SUMMARY: As the Training and Quality Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for managing and maintaining all employee training records, work instructions, and policies . You will lead efforts in partnership with managers to continually improve employee experience through effective, engaging, and up-to-date training content. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: - Documenting and maintaining MSHA and safety records for all locations - Developing and updating work instructions - Maintaining and preserving training records for all employees and locations - Developing and maintaining new system requirements and training documentation for employees to meet system requirements - Providing training on the requirements and administration of the Quality Management System - Leading the development, administration, maintenance, coordination, and preservation of the Quality Management System documentation for the entire organization - Compiling, providing, and publishing Quality Management System information and reports - Coordinating and processing additions and changes to the Quality Management System - Investigating, reviewing, and recommending new quality strategies - Leading the CCL (Customer Complaint Log) process for the organization EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: - Associate's Degree in Administration and Training, Management, or a related field, preferred - 3 years or more of manufacturing experience with a developed Training and Quality Management System - Experience in training and education systems for the development of employees - Proficient in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel - Must demonstrate interpersonal skills; must be able to collaborate positively with all employees at all levels - Must have experience in writing professional documents Hours: Monday – Friday 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM Full Time Job summary Career Levels Experienced (Non-Manager) Years of Experience 3 - 5 Education Levels High School or equivalent Salary DOE About LAMB Labor Services Staffing Agency Company name LAMB Labor Services Contact name Len Gilmore Phone 320.266.3059 Email apply@lamblaborservices.com Website http://lamblaborservices.com Country United States State MN City Cold Spring
