Surgical Technologist | Plaza Surgery Center

External Description Str : Join our team at the CentraCare Ambulatory Surgery Center as a Surgical Technologist, where you'll play a key role in outpatient procedures. We're dedicated to delivering top-notch patient care and embracing cutting-edge technology. Your responsibilities will include visually assessing patients' conditions, maintaining sterile techniques, ensuring accurate counts throughout the surgery, as well as proficiently assembling, preparing, and passing sutures, instruments, and supplies to surgeons and assistants. Schedule - Full-time | 72-80 hours every two weeks | Onsite at CentraCare Plaza - Days | Monday-Friday | 9-hour shifts between 5am and 5:30pm Pay and Benefits - $25.60 or more per hour, pay determined by experience - $5,000 hiring bonus or $10,000 student loan repayment for eligible candidates - $5,000 relocation bonus for eligible candidates - Full time benefits: medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more! - Tuition reimbursement and college grant programs available Qualifications - Successful completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist Program required - Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provided Card required (can be obtained during orientation) - Basic knowledge of surgical technologist duties and responsibilities required - Current certification as a Surgical Technologist preferred To be eligible for the hiring bonus, student loan repayment or relocation bonus, you must be hired into an eligible full or part time benefited position.
