We are seeking a Store Associate Warehouse team member to join our retail operations team. This role offers a mix of customer service, merchandising, warehouse responsibilities, and teamwork — perfect for someone who enjoys variety and helping customers succeed. Schedule Expectations This is a part-time position with a varying schedule, typically 2–3 days per week, including some Saturdays. Saturday shifts are generally 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM. What You’ll Do - Assist customers with product selection and recommendations - Operate POS system and maintain accurate sales records - Operate forklift - load and unload products and assist with warehouse operations - Fill propane tanks (Little Falls ONLY) - Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues quickly - Support opening and closing store responsibilities - Follow safety policies and maintain compliance What We’re Looking For - Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work indoors/outdoors as needed - Must be able to learn and use computer systems and retail technology effectively - Strong customer service and communication skills - Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic - Ability to stay organized, multitask, and work independently Benefits - Enjoy valuable part-time benefits including employee discounts on store merchandise, a company clothing allowance, and eligibility for a 401(k)-retirement plan with company match (after 1 year of employment).
