Sr Manager, ImplementationSenior ManagementUS - May reside in any Paychex LocationSEN-22-00019**Description**Manage client implementation for an assigned area to ensure accurate and timely product setup to meet the needs and expectations of the client. Partner with other areas of the organization and support all sales staff to meet and exceed company revenue, retention and service objectives.+ Effectively manage the business relationship between sales and the implementation function within assigned scope of responsibility. Builds and maintains a positive and impactful working relationship with sales and operations leaders throughout the organization to ensure all new clients have a successful on-boarding experience and transition to ongoing service.+ Lead implementation team comprised of managers, supervisors and specialists throughout their assigned area in multiple locations to ensure team and organization goals and objectives are met. Ensure proactive recruiting, hiring, employee development and succession planning to meet ongoing business needs.+ Develop and manage overall onboarding processes to ensure alignment with regional/national implementation procedures to facilitate an efficient and effective client-onboarding experience.
