#LI-remote A DAY IN THE LIFE - Manages project engineering firms, junior engineering staff, serves as a proponent for project-level needs, performs calculations, reviews and issues plans and specifications to ensure the company achieves its strategic objectives. - Provides training and mentorship for project and technical personnel. WHAT YOU’LL NEED - Bachelor’s degree in civil, structural, or mechanical engineering, or related field required. Professional Engineer licensure is preferred, with an emphasis on construction, geotechnical, or structural engineering. - At a minimum, the candidate will hold an Engineer-in-Training certificate with potential to become a licensed Professional Engineer in 6 months preferred. - Four or more years of progressive engineering and engineering supervisory experience, in a related industry (i.e., heavy civil, industrial, utilities, power generation) required.
