Job Description: JOB SUMMARY: Provide copy, printing, scanning or other services defined or outlined in EPIQ’s service agreement with client. Provide maintenance of data, records, and files necessary to provide servicing to the assigned client team or department. This position will perform duties as a lead relating to the implementation, and management of all aspects of document control and records management throughout the information lifecycle for physical or electronic records. RESPONSIBILITIES: Specific duties as assigned: Copy, Print and Scanning Services Immediate attention given to clients entering Production Center in accordance with EPIQ’s standard of operation Accurately produce copy, print and scan projects in accordance to verbal and written instructions Exhibit ability to take verbal instructions while taking notes to properly produce staff copy projects Job Requirements: Be personable, articulate, knowledgeable and professional in presenting oneself in a professional setting Ability to learn skills quickly Flexibility in dealing with simultaneous projects Attention to detail Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater Fine and/or gross motor skills, including the ability to grasp, lift and/or carry or otherwise move packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 100lbs Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended period of time Manual dexterity required for operating office machinery (phone, copy machines, binding equipment, etc) Working knowledge of Microsoft products pertaining to the specific position including but not limited to Outlook, Word, and Excel etc Excellent organizational skills Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 1 year professional level work experience Previous experience in a client service oriented field preferred Willingness and ability to learn new skills #LI-AN1 If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
