Job Details Description SENIOR DATA ARCHITECT SUMMARY: As a Senior Data Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our data architecture and strategy. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our data infrastructure to support analytics, reporting, and operational requirements. SENIOR DATA ARCHITECT RESPONSIBILITIES: - Data Architecture Design & Implementation: - Designs and implements robust and accurate data models and architectures to support business objectives. - Leads the selection and integration of data management tools and platforms. - Ensures the security, integrity, and availability of data across all platforms. - Team Leadership & Management: - Manages and mentors a team of Data Engineers and Business Intelligence (BI) Analysts, fostering a collaborative and high performing environment. - Plans and prioritizes team responsibilities, projects, and initiatives to align with company goals. - Facilitates continuous learning and development within the team. - Data Strategy & Governance: - Develops and implements data governance and quality standards. - Collaborates with stakeholders across the company to identify and meet data needs. - Stays abreast of industry trends and advancements in data technology, applying insights to our strategy. SENIOR DATA ARCHITECT QUALIFICATIONS : Required - Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Technology or a related field. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or a related role. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a managerial role overseeing direct reports. - Expert level skills in SQL, Data Modeling, Data Warehouse architecture and ETL / ELT patterns. - Strong understanding of modern data platforms and technologies. - Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in data engineering and architecture. Preferred - Proficient in database technologies such as MS SQL Server, Azure, Tableau, Airbyte, Snowflake or DBT. - Previous experience within the financial services industry. OFFICE LOCATION : - 628 Roosevelt Road, St. Cloud, MN - Hybrid capability with 2-3 days in office. SENIOR DATA ARCHITECT SCHEDULE/HOURS: - Full-Time, 40 Hours/week - Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm SENIOR DATA ARCHITECT COMPENSATION: - Up to $146,000/annually, Starting Pay Based on Experience BENEFITS : PCI has standard and competitive benefit plans, which include group medical/dental/vision, short term disability, long term disability as well as an attractive group of voluntary benefits.
