Position Description: We are looking for a talented Salesforce Administrator to be part of our Business Systems Analyst team. You’ll be responsible for the system administration and declarative development of our evolving CRM environment. This is a full-time position that works Monday-Friday. The Business Systems Analyst team at Marco is responsible for contributing to the design, development, testing, configuration, maintenance, and user support of our core business tools that serve Marco’s business needs. A great Salesforce Administrator maintains their knowledge of industry trends, application framework and business process to create dynamic and scalable Salesforce solutions that help us attain our business goals. Communication skills are paramount as the BSA team is often reliant on other teams and partners to understand desired outcomes for projects and tasks. Main Responsibilities: - Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle including functional & risk analysis, development of technical requirements, prototyping, testing, deployment, and support - Lead the development and deployment processes for assigned projects, including enhancements, upgrades & implementations - Develop, own, and execute the product roadmap, in conjunction with the Office of the CTO - Engage and collaborate with the business (Sales) to address strategic business issues involving CRM, marketing, and sales operations, to align vision and major technology strategies and ensure Salesforce capabilities are optimized Required Qualifications: - Admin Certification - Minimum 3 years of experience with Salesforce technologies such as Process Builder, Flow, and Lightning App Builder - Experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and other third party AppExchange packages. - Utilizes change management best practices with change sets and sandboxes to ensure quality work. - Data Management and schema design using Data Loader and SOQL to manage data and access to it. - User, sharing and permissions management utilizing profiles, permission sets, and public groups. - Excel experience utilizing formulas to clean data. - Solid understanding of workflow and data relationships - Excellent Troubleshooting, Analytical and Debugging skills - Superior communication skills, working with technical and non-technical people and the ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships among all levels of the organization - Excellent organizational and time/task management skills - Ability to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events - Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner - Initiative – Be a self-starter.
