The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will support the sales team with cross-functional business needs in sales and proposal support, reporting, analytics, marketing coordination and trade show logistics. The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will be working across several GeoComm teams in a collaborative approach that will require creativity, strong organizational and analytical skills in support of the sales team to grow business from existing or new accounts. Essential Job Duties: - Provides input and support in developing and implementing targeted marketing campaign plans to generate in-the-field demand for specific solutions. - Enhances GeoComm’s digital presence and engagement on social media by actively posting, as well as planning and prepping engagement by the sales team - Supports GeoComm’s digital presence and engagement by implementing SEO improvements, updating the website for campaigns - Reports on digital presence, website traffic trends, social media trends and implements improvements to increase impressions and demand - Liaison with sales to optimize sales workflows within the organization and integrate sales, marketing and proposal workflows. - Coordinate, implement and train the sales team on data management needs in CRM as they relate to the sales process - Coordinate, implement and train the sales team on marketing automation and sales automation within CRM or other systems - Set up dashboards for reporting sales operations and cross-functional efficiencies - Set up dashboards for reporting sales and marketing lead and demand generation programming KPIs - Meet with the VP of Sales and sales team to review sales reports to ensure data is accurate in CRM and is beneficial to sales - Coordinates and develops sales assets for demand generation supporting all steps in the sales process including presentations and information sheets. Ensures brand and brand voice consistency in all platforms and mediums. - Collaborates with sales team regarding tactical execution of target state sales and marketing plans. Plans and executes target state and regionalized marketing campaigns. - Coordinate and execute the logistics of the company’s involvement in industry events; tradeshows, user meetings, other events, adhering to a pre-determined event budget. Coordinates staffing levels at events for appropriate expertise and coverage. Coordinates promotional inventory including booths, graphics, giveaways. - Assist the VP of Sales in special projects such as coordinating sales meetings and assisting with annual budgeting.
