Safety and Environmental Coordinator - St. Cloud SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Responsible for the development, implementation, and management of Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental policies, programs, and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and legal standards and Internal Management System requirements. In conjunction with the aforementioned, it is a must to build strong relationships with all team members so they will embrace the policies and procedures to foster a safe work environment for all. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure all facilities comply with all required Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental (EOSH) systems and adhering to ISO (International Standards Organization) standards and Corporate Governance in all their company operations; including verifying that all processes follow: ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001; with ISO 9001 being a collective effort with QSE Manager Coca-Cola North America (CCNA) and TCCC Safety and Environmental governance Keurig- Dr. Pepper (KDP) Safety and Environmental governance - Regulatory Agencies to include but not limited to: OSHA, EPA, Department of Labor and Industry, State Pollution Agencies, and other related State and Local agencies Acts as a company representative for compliance audits/communication for the previously listed agencies. Assists in the building and maintenance of The Company's Management Systems. Prepare and manage data, documents, and reports including, but not limited to, accident/incident reports, OSHA Logs, EPA, Tier II, and KOSMOS. Implement, and manage, a risk-based assessment system to identify and minimize EOSH risks while ensuring compliance standards are met. Develops, manages, and tracks required Corrective Action Plans for identified EOSH risks or areas of noncompliance. Implement, manage, and document incident investigations to determine trends and reduce risk for all employees. Employs a proactive approach to managing workplace health and safety and incident prevention by utilizing JHAs, Risk Assessments, Incident Analysis, Process Audits, inspections, face-to-face interaction, and safety education and training. Plans and implements programs to educate and train employees on practices and processes related to Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental requirements. Lead the Company Safety Committee Program. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Prefer Bachelor's Degree; will consider High School Diploma or equivalent. One to three years of prior compliance or safety management experience. One to three years of ISO compliance preferred. One year experience and/or training in an industrial/distribution environment preferred.
