In this multi-hospital float pool Registered Nurse position, you’ll have an opportunity to work in rural settings and at a Magnet-designated regional hospital. In our critical access rural hospitals (Paynesville, Melrose and Sauk Centre) you’ll work in the ER, on the Medical and Surgical units and Mom/Baby units. At Magnet-designated St. Could Hospital, you’ll work on the Medical and Surgical units. "The Float Pool provides a valuable resource to the St. Cloud Hospital and now our Regional sites as well. We provide high quality, consistent coverage to ill calls and high census points. Position Details: - Full-time: 60-72 hours every two weeks - Schedule including:11pm-7:30am and 7pm - 7:30am - Every third weekend rotation - Rotating holidays Current Offerings: - $3,500 sign-on bonus - $5,000 relocation assistance for those who qualify Qualifications : - Graduate from an accredited nursing program required - Current Minnesota RN License required - BSN or MSN preferred - BSN or higher required within 36 months of being hired - Minimum of 1 year clinical experience with nursing expertise in a related area of specialization - Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required - 1 year Medical/Surgical experiences preferred - TNCC certification or equivalent within 1 year of hire. - CALS within 1 year of hire. Sign-on bonus requirements : To be eligible for the sign-on bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous CentraCare employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire. Relocation assistance requirements : Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from St. Cloud Hospital and relocate to within 30 miles of it.
