Registered Nurses provide direct care to patients and are a part of all care given by other departments. Registered Nurses must continually strive to provide the highest quality of care possible for the patients. They must also lead the nursing team toward the achievement of the goals of the mission of the CentraCare Health – Paynesville's high-quality care and overall efficiency are essential components to this success. Qualifications: - Graduate from an accredited school of nursing - Current Minnesota RN license - Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within twelve months of hire - TNCC or CALS within twelve months of initiating ED orientation - Electronic Fetal Monitoring within twelve months of initiating OB orientation To be eligible for the hiring bonus, you must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last nine months.
