As a key member of our office staff, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our patients both over the phone and in person. We're seeking someone with a track record of success in a customer service role who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experience with healthcare office operations is a plus but not required - we're willing to train the right candidate! As a customer service specialist, you'll need to be a multitasking expert with excellent communication skills. Duties will include answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and providing administrative support to our healthcare professionals. Monday 8:00 AM to 6:15 PM, Tuesday 8:00 AM to 6:15 PM, Wednesday and Thursday 8:00 AM to 5:15 PM, and Fridays 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Flexibility is essential in this role. The starting pay is $15.75 per hour.
