Job Details Description QUALITY ASSURANCE & TRAINING ASSISTANT MANAGER SUMMARY: The Quality Assurance (QA) & Training Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing the training and quality monitoring of employees. This person will identify and implement strategies through training programs that will enhance customer service skills. They will ensure employee performance is a priority while staying compliant with various laws and regulations. The QA & Training Assistant Manager will be a key player in developing our employees’ growth. QUALITY ASSURANCE & TRAINING ASSISTANT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES: - Designs and develops training programs that align with the department’s standards and objectives. Stays abreast of training technologies, trends, and learning styles to ensure successful training programs are facilitated. - Designs and develops quality monitoring forms and key performance indicators that align with the department’s standards and objectives. - Supervises, coaches, mentors, and motivates direct reports to improve knowledge, skills, and abilities. - Reports to leadership on a scheduled basis on activities and immediately on significant issues. - Writes and delivers performance evaluations and provides ongoing feedback regularly. - Participates in recruitment needs and other employee relations activities, such as disciplinary process, as needed. - Assists leadership in identifying areas for improvement in performances to develop career pathing and growth options for employees. QUALITY ASSURANCE & TRAINING ASSISTANT MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS : Required - High School Diploma or a minimum of 4 years equivalent experience. - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role, leading other employees. - Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. - Strong attention to detail to ensure delivering high-quality results. - Valid Driver’s License, vehicle, and insurance. Preferred - Previous experience in a call center environment. - Background within customer service environments.
