WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Must-Have Qualifications: - High school diploma or a minimum of 4 years equivalent experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role. - Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to lead teams and handle confidential information professionally. - Strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through in a fast-paced environment. Nice to have, but not Required. (We’ll train you!): - Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications. - Minimum of 1 year experience monitoring call interactions in a call center setting.
