In this role, you'll help lead daily production operations, support employee training and development, and ensure quality, efficiency, and food safety standards are consistently met. What You'll Do as a Production Supervisor: - Supervise and support daily production operations to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals - Assist with machine setup, changeovers, troubleshooting, and problem resolution - Verify production orders, inventory, and bill of materials within the ERP system - Coordinate employee onboarding, training, and performance review documentation - Track and maintain production metrics, downtime, waste, quality records, and cleaning schedules - Support preventive maintenance activities and maintain accurate operational records - Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, quality, and company safety standards What You Need to Bring to the Production Supervisor Role: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting experience - Ability to read, write, and interpret work instructions and documentation in English - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records - Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds regularly - Previous leadership, lead, or supervisory experience preferred - Experience with SAP, AX, or other ERP/inventory management systems preferred - Experience working in GMP, HACCP, food production, or other high-speed manufacturing environments preferred Ready to Apply?
