Production Assoiate

Job description A thriving family-owned business is seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join their team as a Production Associate. In this role, you will: - Operate and maintain production equipment, including plastic molding machines (experience a plus). - Set up and adjust machines according to specifications. - Monitor production processes and ensure quality control standards are met. - Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment. - Package and ship finished products. - Assist with other production tasks as needed. We are seeking a candidate who possesses the following qualifications: - A proven work history demonstrating mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - The ability to read, write, and understand English instructions. - A strong work ethic and a commitment to quality. - The ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with forklifts preferred. - Experience in plastic molding manufacturing a plus. - Supervisory experience preferred.
