We are hiring for a temporary-to-hireDelivery Helper position at a premier employer with great pay and advancement opportunity located in St. Joseph, MN. You will be riding with the driver helping to deliver building materials to residential and commercial job sites. You will work as a team to carry and load/unload heavy materials providing a world class customer service experience. Shift lengths vary upon daily workload. Pay Rate: The pay rate for this job is $19 / hour What you'll be doing as a Delivery Helper: - Loading and unloading vehicles based on instructions from driver - Delivering or picking up construction materials - Clean up debris and return equipment to truck after delivery is complete - Assist in preparing jobsite by placing drywall carts, basement slides, threshold ramps, etc in needed locations - Unstrap materials on truck at jobsites - Set up fall zone with cones and caution tape at jobsites - Strap down and safely secure materials loaded on truck Available shifts: Shift Timings:1st Shift (Day) (Monday-Friday 6:30am) Job requirements: - Stamina to continuously lift, carry, and move 100lbs - Must be able to stand extended periods of time - Must be able to work in a wide variety of weather conditions - Ability to multitask and follow directions - Ability to pass a background check and drug screen - Ability to work overtime - Ability to quickly communicate solutions if problems occur - Background check and Drug screening required Ready to take control of the way you work?
