Now Hiring: Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in our newest clinic coming soon in Sartell, MN (assist in nearby clinics as needed) As a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, you will play a key role in guiding patients through their treatment journey by delivering simple, effective, office-based care that helps them breathe freely. What You’ll Do: - Provide patient-centered medical care under the supervision of our experienced physicians - Assess both immediate and long-term patient care needs - Actively listen to patients’ concerns and deliver root-cause solutions - Conduct patient evaluations through interviews, physical exams, and detailed medical histories - Educate and empower patients to take charge of their health - Assist with in-office procedures, as needed - Work 3 days a week (30 hours a week) - days will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday - clinic closed Wednesdays; options available for full or part time schedule What You Bring: - Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program with board certification in family or adult care - Current MN licensure - Exceptional multitasking skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with your colleagues - A strong commitment to customer service and outstanding communication abilities - a minimum of 3 years PA/NP experience - An interest in ENT services and procedures - A valid driver's license is required Why Choose ADVENT: - Health, dental, and vision coverage with employer-paid HRA for full time - Generous PTO + paid holidays + CEU days and dollars - 401k match & life insurance - Regular business hours—no nights or weekends - A culture that values solutions and encourages growth Explore more at ADVENT Careers Salary Description $55-68/hr
