Your Role as a PTA / COTA: - Work closely with skilled and dedicated interdisciplinary team in order to maximize patient satisfaction and overall success based on diagnosis and comorbidities. - Apply clinical expertise as necessary including but not limited to family and staff education/training, recommendations and guidance for safe and successful discharge, supervision of Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, communicating with Physicians to ensure fluency of care. - Complete documentation which follows regulatory guidelines (state, federal). - Obtain and document relevant subjective and objective information during treatment sessions. - Provide therapeutic rehabilitative treatment to assigned residents.. ? Qualifications: - Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program or Occupational Therapy Assistant program. - License: Currently licensed to practice in the State of MN. New graduates and temporary license holders are encouraged to apply. ?
