Culinary Associate Work as a team member in the dish room to provide clean and sanitary dishes, utensils, pans, pots, and dishware for the customers of Gorecki Dining. Perform custodial duties including cleaning, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and other projects as assigned by supervisors. Assist in preparation and production of menu items for day-to-day operation Skills gained/used from this position may include: interpersonal communication, teamwork, flexibility, dependability and customer service.
