HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT The LADC performs chemical health evaluations for clients, develops individual intervention, treatment, and recovery plans, and facilitates or leads group sessions. Clinical Duties include: - Provide comprehensive SUD evaluations. - Provide continuing care and discharge planning recommendations, - Maintain necessary documentation in accordance with 245F and Agency Policy. - Completion of DAANES reporting. Job_requirement : WHAT YOU’LL NEED - Bachelor’s degree in chemical health or related human services field, or exempt under MN Statutes 148F. - Licensed as a Drug and Alcohol Counselor according to Minnesota Statutes, chapter 148C. - Clear DHS background study and sexual exploitations screening. HOURS WORKED This position is Part-time, every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) approximately 4-8 hours per day depending on client and program needs. There is room for flexibility for start and end times.
