Within this 12 month program, apprentices will work as an Insurance Sales Representative, with UNCAPPED earning potential (commission) & a clear path for advancement to leadership and management positions quickly for the right candidate. Offer support with tangible resources to the restoration process after they've faced disaster You will be a great fit if: - You love talking & meeting prospects: presenting to them, closing the deal, & asking for referrals - You're energized by deadlines & fueled by details, using them to deliver nothing short of extraordinary customer service to prospects, clients, & your team You must have: - Either a High School Diploma, GED, or Associate Degree - Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation that is capable of carrying a ladder, and other tools - Must be able to set up/climb a ladder - Must be able to spend large amounts of time on your feet outside during various weather conditions (fully in person role) - Must have a reliable smartphone - Must live in existing commutable distance to role location - Must have existing right to work in the US- no future or current sponsorship available - Must be able to provide 3 professional references, pass a drug screening & background check process.
