ORDER PICKER – FORKLIFT

Saint Cloud, MN Salary: $18+ Order Picker - Forklift A local family-owned company in St. Cloud, MN, is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team as an Order Picker. This role involves accurately receiving, picking, handling, staging, and storing products to uphold the company's safety, security, and productivity standards. We are seeking motivated individuals with sharp attention to detail and basic math skills. Responsibilities: - Pick outbound orders while adhering to established policies and procedures. - Maintain the integrity of stored products according to customer and industry specifications. - Operate material handling and radio frequency equipment. - Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with state and federal guidelines. - Check products for damage and appropriate condition before shipping. - Conduct cycle counts as required and report results to supervisors. - Collaborate with administrative staff to provide necessary product information. Requirements: - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and able to stand for extended periods. - High school diploma or equivalent. - Comfortable working in an environment with varying temperatures. - Clear written and verbal communication skills. - Forklift experience is preferred but not required. - Capacity to handle confidential information. - Maintain a positive team atmosphere. - Ability to multitask accurately and efficiently. - Basic quick math skills. Position Details: - Compensation: $18+ per hour. (Based on Experience) - Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break.
