Physician Assistant / Associate-Family Medicine Employment Type: Full-Time Employer Direct Recruiter We are hiring a full-time Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our team at Northway Family Medicine ! Schedule 1.0 FTE Monday-Friday 8 AM - 5 PM No nights, holidays, weekends, or call Responsibilities Diagnose and treat short-term illnesses Provide preventive care : routine checkups, health-risk assessments, immunizations, and screening tests Offer personalized counseling to help patients maintain a healthy lifestyle Manage and coordinate care for patients with chronic conditions Come be part of a collaborative, patient-centered team that thrives on making a difference in the health and well-being of our community! Requirements Eligibility for the position entails: Completion of a formal nurse practitioner or physician assistant program approved by a national accrediting agency Certified as a Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant Current or pending licensure in the State of Minnesota, licensed to see pediatrics through geriatrics BLS Certification Experience Position open to new graduates.
