Join us to be part of a transformative journey that can shape the industry's future. What we need: Cetera is seeking a Network Engineer to support its Remote Administration firms. The Remote Administration program is a service offered to the independent businesses leveraging Cetera as their broker dealer and offers full-service managed IT. This role will own the managed network infrastructure and lead design, configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting of the managed network infrastructure. The role provides a hybrid work schedule based out of our St. Paul, MN office. What you will do: - Implement SD-WAN at all managed firms leveraging the Meraki MX-based platform. - Optimize multi-org management on the Meraki platform leveraging the API and Python. - Maintain ongoing VPN connectivity through Panorama and GlobalProtect. - Implement firewall rules as required by the Information Security teams. - Partner with onsite firm technical contacts for escalated troubleshooting and implementations. - Troubleshoot escalated network related issues. - Document changes to the systems using change management best practices. - Maintain a knowledgebase for system and processes owned by the role. - Ability to own, communicate, and drive resolution in a timely manner to meet customer SLA's. - Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment, to appropriately prioritize tasks and keep abreast of the latest technology. What you need to have : - 4+ years of overall Network Engineer experience - 2+ years of managing Meraki MX-based environment - 2+ years of scripting (Python) experience Our top performers share the following traits: - Ability to manage a multi-org Meraki environment leveraging the API. - Experience with a Managed Service Provider environment. - Strong customer service, verbal, and communication skills. - Project leadership from design through implementation. - Ability to work a hybrid schedule from our St Paul, MN location. #LI-Hybrid
