Fraser is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our Rehabilitation Therapy team! This role offers a variety of opportunities to provide therapeutic evaluations, treatment, and interventions in Occupational Therapy. We work with all children, adolescents and young adults. Fraser Offers: - Support of Underserved Populations - Multidisciplinary Collaboration - Clinical Mentors - Focus on Clinical and Professional - Stable Predictable Caseload Growth - No Nights or Weekends - Paid training and CEU assistance for Speech Therapists - Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance options for staff working 30+ hours per week - 403(b) retirement plan and potential contributions after the first year - 144 hours of PTO in addition to paid holidays - Discounts with various vendors (Verizon, Metro Pass, etc.) - Referral & Hiring bonuses - Tuition discounts Responsibilities - Provide evaluations and re-evaluations as appropriate and within 30 days of doctor’s order, and establish appropriate treatment goals. - Provide therapeutic treatment according to the doctor’s order. - Communicate with parents/guardians regarding their child’s progress. - Maintain clean equipment in good repair. - Communicate with funding sources as directed by the Clinical Accounts Receivable staff to assure reimbursement of services being delivered. - Communicate appropriate aspects of the client’s program to all involved persons and operate in conjunction with other disciplines and team members.
