The most rewarding thing about working here is the friendships that I have made over the years and being able to help people feel better.” Cynthia, CMA Position Details: - Full-time position - Working 72-80 hours every two weeks - Shifts: Monday through Friday, between 7:00AM and 5:00PM Current Offerings - Pay rate based on experience - $2,500 hiring bonus - $5,000 Relocation bonus for eligible candidates - Employee benefits (including medical/dental coverage and PTO) What you'll do: - Provide patient focused rooming for all types of clinic visits. - Communicate results and other medical information to patients and providers. - Assist in assuring the day-to-day activities of the clinic are completed timely and efficiently. - Assist Providers with clinic procedures. - Work collaboratively with the Health Care team to provide optimal patient care in closing care gaps to promote health and wellness, this includes working with RNs, Lab, Xray, and reception staff. - Work at the top of your scope as it relates to patient care and health promotion. - Ability to give many injections independently using Immunization guidelines and protocols. - Ability to use electronic health record, phone and computer skills to chart nursing notes and messages. - Work with protocols for nurse led triage calls and my chart messages. - Strong teamwork skills and flexibility with assignments. - Ability to be flexible with assignments. Qualifications: - Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy - Ability to understand patients’ medical records, physician orders and medication orders to be communicated to the patient and staff - Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. - Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Minnesota required. Hiring bonus requirements: To be eligible for the sign-on bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire. Relocation assistance requirements: Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from St. Cloud, MN and relocate to within 30 miles of it.
