LPN | Dermatology Clinic

External Description Str : Find your purpose as a Licensed Practical Nurse with CentraCare Dermatology Clinic. Our Dermatology department is a large team with 6 Dermatologists working with a team of 3 LPNs each. As an LPN you will provide patient rooming for all types of clinic visits, communicate results and other pertinent medical information to patients and providers, and assist in assuring the day-to-day activities of the clinic are completed timely and efficiently. Dermatology is a fast-paced environment working with medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology patients, and collaborating with on-site X-ray, and on-site or nearby pharmacy and laboratory services. You will also learn multiple procedures and expand your skill set. “I love working in Dermatology because we are like family around here. Dermatology is a fast-paced department where you will have the opportunity to learn new things daily, along with assisting in the many procedures, cosmetics and patient teaching that allows us to care for our patients and their needs.” - Tierra, Current LPN Hours: - 72 hours per 2-week pay period. - 7am to 11am Monday, 7am to 3:30pm Tuesday-Friday. Benefits | CentraCare Qualifications: - Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. - Current licensure as a licensed practical nurse in the State of Minnesota required. - Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy. Previous employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire. Relocation assistance requirements: Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from your primary work location and relocate within 30 miles within 120 days of your start date.
