Position Summary: Responsible to provide support to ATS Logistics Services, Inc., by implementing sound customer service principles and by aiding in brokerage operations by working both in-house and various office and divisions of ATS Logistics throughout the U.S. while acting as the liaison between the carriers and shippers. The position hours are from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide operational support for Logistics from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. - Coordinate with the Operations Managers and/or RCR’s to generate a nightly checklist - Loads that need to be checked on for pick-up or deliveries that are scheduled to take place during the shift. - Handle inbound phone calls and proved support to carriers and customers that would be looking for information like PU numbers, challenges getting loaded or unloaded, or customers looking for the locations of trucks. - Update sales and operations throughout the night on an as needed basis. - Update customer websites for activity that takes place after hours. - This position would support all modes of logistics transportation.
