Our nursing team works very closely to provide quality care to our patients. In our Orthopedic Clinic you will help patients get back to comfortable day-to day living and an active lifestyle. Position Details: - Full-time position. - Working 72-80 hours every two weeks. - 8-hour shifts either 7:30 a.m.-4 p.m. or 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. - No evenings, weekends, or holidays. Current Offerings: - Pay rate based on experience with a minimum rate of $19.66. - $2,500 (LPN) hiring bonus for eligible candidates. - $5,000 Relocation bonus for eligible candidates. - Employee benefits (including medical/dental coverage and PTO). Job Summary: - Provide patient focused rooming for all types of clinic visits. - Communicate results and other pertinent medical information to patients and providers. - Assist in assuring the day-to-day activities of the clinic are completed timely and efficiently. Qualifications: - Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. - Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Minnesota required. - Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy. - Ability to understand patients’ medical records, physician orders and medication orders to be communicated to the patient and staff. Hiring bonus requirements: To be eligible for the sign-on bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position. Previous employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire. Relocation assistance requirements: Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from St. Cloud and relocate to within 30 miles of it.
