We are looking for talented Lease/Rental Sales Representative to join our GATR team. Duties & Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Primary responsibilities are to market and sell the Commercial Rental product lines. Growth through "new rental sales", demo new rental units to retail prospects and for current customers. Focus on "customer satisfaction", "customer service", and "customer retention". Responsibilities: 1) Marketing Consistent gathering of prospect data via the following sources: Current competition accounts Industrial directories Polk registrations D & B listing Social Media/ Online Existing dealer parts and service customers Any other qualified source, i.e. referrals To maintain the "rental prospect system" for the purpose of storing/updating prospect data to include scheduled prospect follow-up. Qualified prospects via consistent "telemarketing". Initial contact with prospects via consistent "e-mailers" Participate in market and rental rate surveys to include collection of and qualification of this data. Market surveys to include identifying "up-industries", competition information, market rental rates. Participate in the preparation of the annual rental marketing plans and subsequent measuring of results. Participate in "customer appreciation", "customer retention", and "customer satisfaction" programs. 2) Sales Outside sales responsibilities include cold calls, appointments as a result of telemarketing and direct mail requires discipline follow up on direct mail, rental leads and the scheduling of occasional "rental sales blitz". Weekly preparation of the following reports: Weekly itinerary to include results or action plan by prospect/customer. Lost rental sales report to include why business was lost and to whom. Follow up on rental "turn down" list. Preparation and presentation of rental proposals. To pursue the achievement of assigned Commercial Rental sales quotas to include: Rental Utilization - achievement of desired percent Rental Performance - achievement of desired revenue margin sold 3) Administrative Responsible for the proper, timely, and accurate completion of: - - Customer Credit Applications - - Commercial Rental Agreements R esponsible for securing on a timely basis, plus ensuring the accuracy of all necessary insurance binders provided by customers. Assist in collection of rental receivable from assigned customers or as requested. Communicate with and assist Leasing Manager with: Rental reservations/long term rental commitments sold Substitution needs Service department needs for Commercial Rental customers. Administrative needs - to include billing rental contracts sold, customer information, etc. Assist Leasing Manager as otherwise may be needed.
