SUMMARY This position is responsible for many of the operational duties of the Investment department. This position also provides administrative support to the Investment Advisor Representative. Provides exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Manages Investment Advisor Representative’s daily operations including their calendar, scheduling appointments, coordinating seminars, etc. - Assist in new account opening, account status and transaction follow-up. - Provides customer service to the Investment Department’s customers through phone, email and face to face interactions. - Manages and maintains files/databases for the Investment department including correspondence tracking, referrals through the bank’s MCIF system and managing bank data such as CDs coming due. - Supports and administers marketing strategies through social media, website, email, newsletter and print. Reviews online customer interactions in social channels and works with Investment Advisor to create responses. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE - Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from 2-year college or technical school preferred - 1-2 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
