Analyze the organization’s processes, workflows, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, productivity, and cost reduction. Provide training and support on new processes, procedures, and technologies to ensure successful implementation and sustainability of improvements. The Industrial Engineer will play a critical role in optimizing manufacturing and production processes by analyzing systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance the productivity and workflow across our organization. ESSENTIALS WE’RE LOOKING FOR Background and experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing environment with a focus on software improvement and optimization. Possess a strong background in industrial engineering, along with proficiency in automation technologies, IoT protocols and platforms, and data analysis tools. Highly motivated individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex systems and identify opportunities for improvement. Ability to multi-task and work well under changing conditions on a variety of projects, work accurately and quickly under pressure, and prioritize and work flexibly to meet deadlines.
