Find your purpose at CentraCare as a Human Resources Business Partner II! Full-time 80 hours, Monday-Friday day hours. We are looking for a motivated team player to join our HR Business Partner team. What you’ll do: - Be a strategic partner to leaders - Ensure the delivery of intended results and identify areas of opportunity through a continuous improvement mindset - Know the busines of CentraCare, having clarity of operations and the levers that drive success - Use practitioner’s perspective to apply knowledge to operations - Form strong relationships, building trust and interdependence with leaders to influence key decisions - Utilize leadership development framework and principles, rely on individual credibility to understand current state, create options for future state, and actively partner in coaching, development and workforce planning - Collaborate with HR teammates across Communities of Expertise (COEs) to strategically impact business units What you’ll receive: - Membership on a collaborative team of experienced Human Resources professionals - A work environment focused on growth where employees are supported to build their skills, leverage networks, and seek out improvement. - A comprehensive total rewards package, commensurate with your experience and talents. What you’ll have: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business or related field required - Master’s Degree in Employee Relations, Organizational Development, Business, or related field preferred - Three or more years of HR experience, preferably in generalist/business partner roles of progressive and varied responsibility - PHR or SPHR certification preferred - SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred - Substantial knowledge of most HR disciplines - Functional knowledge in HR in US employment law, HR cycle and calendar, staffing planning, training delivery options, employee development and compensation & benefits - Ability to utilize change management strategies - Background in providing those in organizational leadership positions the opportunities, training and experience to expand their knowledge and improve their skills - Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions - Ability to influence leaders and build relationships - Strong interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution and team problem-solving - Excellent time management and project management skills - Excellent customer service; organizational; verbal and written communication skills; and presentation skills - Strong Microsoft Office suite capabilities - Healthcare experience preferred CentraCare Health has made a commitment to diversity in its workforce and all individuals, including, but not limited to, individuals with disabilities, are encouraged to apply.
