Job description We are seeking a team of highly motivated and adaptable individuals to join our growing company as General Laborers and Technicians. This dynamic role offers a diverse and challenging work environment where you will play a vital part in supporting our operations across various projects and tasks. Responsibilities: General Labor: - Perform manual labor tasks as assigned, such as loading and unloading materials, cleaning work sites, and setting up equipment. - Operate basic machinery, tools and learn our industry machines. - Assist technicians and other skilled workers with their tasks. - Maintain a clean and safe work environment. - Follow all safety protocols and procedures. - Be adaptable and willing to learn new tasks. Qualifications: General Labor: - High school diploma or equivalent preferred. - Ability to lift and carry heavy objects. - Good hand-eye coordination. - Positive attitude and team player mentality. - Ability to learn new tasks quickly. - Strong attention to detail. - Operate Microsoft excel. - Be able to travel overnight a few nights a month in the winter.
