Facility Location: 100 Buffalo Hills Ln W, Brainerd, MN 56401, USA Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour day shifts (36 hours/week) including every other weekend and holiday. Salary and Benefits: Competitive hourly wage ranging from $38 to $48, along with a generous sign-on bonus opportunity and a weekend incentive of an additional $1.25/hour. Job Overview: As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a vital role in providing individualized nursing care to residents by utilizing the nursing process, which includes assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation of care. You will collaborate closely with residents, their families, and inter-disciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to care. Key Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive nursing care across all phases, including preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. - Coordinate resident care and perform resident assessments while offering education and support. - Act as a charge nurse when necessary, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel while ensuring safety and efficiency. - Maintain compliance with the Nurse Practice Act and uphold the highest standards of nursing practice and ethics as established by the American Nurses Association. Qualifications: - Graduate from an accredited nursing program. A Bachelor’s Degree in nursing is preferred. - Current, unencumbered RN license in the applicable state; multi-state licensure is advantageous. - Must obtain and maintain required competencies and certifications as per departmental standards.
