The successful candidate will need to be detail-oriented and work productively independently and as a team player. This role is critical in meeting the quality, accuracy, and timeliness requirements assigned by the customer. In this role you will report to the Manager, Fulfillment and work from our local St. Cloud, MN office.Key Requirements:• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and meeting our service level agreements set by our customers are crucial to success every day. Our customers all have unique requests for how they want their documents handled.• The hand-assembled packages require extra attention to detail in that they may need to be highlighted for signature and dates or put into folders with added inserts.• *This position includes and is not limited to sitting, standing, lifting (up to 40 lbs.), learning how to operate a small insertion machine, applying postage through a Neopost, and running a shredding machine.• Basic computer knowledge and navigation skills to enter time management information, attend meetings, and the ability to use Microsoft Teams App and Outlook are helpful.• Other tasks could include scanning documents and uploading them to files, coordinating, working within a team in different departments on expedited projects, etc.• Full understanding of service level agreements for assigned tasks and ability to make well informed timely decisions in order to meet client expectations and requirements. • Make recommendations on how to improve customer satisfaction, customer retention, efficiency, revenue growth, cost savings and financial results. • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality work at all times. • Fosters teamwork in support of reaching individual and team performance goals. • Offers helpful hints and shares best practices across team or wider group.Qualifications:Education:• High School Diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred.Experience:• Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a fast-paced multi-functional customer focused environment. Retail, office, restaurant or customer service industries preferred.• Experience with mortgages, secured transactions, lending, commercial title/abstracting, and/or commercial banking is very helpful.• Effective written and verbal communication skills required.• Ability to multitask and demonstrate ability to problem solve.• Strong knowledge of MS office/internet, ability to learn new applications. quickly and effectively.• Strong data entry skills (30 wpm). • Strong analytical, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills. • Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.• Overtime may be required.Benefits:• A world-class, comprehensive benefits package that begins your first day of employment
