Position Description: As the Fixed Operations Manager, you will oversee all fixed Operations for the Bus Division in St Cloud and Mounds View to achieve company goals, manage service, parts, warranty, and body shop. Essential Functions Works with Human Resources and General Manager to recruit, train and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales and production targets. Works with Human Resources and General Manager to develop pay plans that align with customer experience, parts sales, service, warranty, and team goals. Coaches Operations Department Managers and leads as needed on work direction and scheduling. Monitors and evaluates team member performance, providing on-going coaching, training, and career development guidance. Develops a strong succession plan for all operations positions. Fosters a collaborative team environment. Provides technical information and assistance to team members. Maximizes profitability and customer service by leveraging the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) effectively. Collaborates with Supply Chain Manager to optimize inventory levels. Ensures high quality service and repairs while maintaining a clean and professional environment. Facilitates communication by participating in weekly, quarterly, and annual L10 management meetings. Oversees and facilitates Fixed Operations departmental L10 meetings. Conducts regular one-on-one meetings with all direct reports. Addresses customer complaints and implements improvement initiatives. Develops business strategies for marketing advantage. Reviews operations practices to meet productivity goals. Manages department finances. Oversees purchasing processes to optimize costs. Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders for operational effectiveness. Ensures competitive pricing through market analysis. Maintains professional affiliations and certifications. Stay updated on industry trends. Performs all other duties as assigned.
