Company Summary This leading manufacturing company, located in Cold Spring, MN, has been producing award-winning beverages since 1874. This position oversees the maintenance of all plant processes in their assigned area of responsibility and maintains high levels of safety, quality, and productivity. What you will do as a Filler Lead: - Ensure that filler operators are properly trained and follow all SOP's - Strive to achieve quick adoption of change and ensure efficient understanding and training to achieve organizational proficiency to handle new initiatives and projects - Attend training on new processes and equipment - Train filler operators on all types of sanitation and monitor sanitation schedule - Drive required equipment and maintenance checks - Observe that proper lids are in place, taking appropriate action when needed - Observe proper levels of CO2 at the filler and in batching - Adhere to and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices as outlined in Employee Handbook - Adhere to and comply with quality production and Food Safety What you will need to be a Filler Lead: - Previous lead experience - 2+ years of experience in a high-speed Production environment - Ability to read and interpret in English - Strong mechanical background and ability to troubleshoot - Experience with SAP or other inventory management systems - Experience with GMP and/or HACCP regulations - Previous lead experience - Knowledge working in Outlook, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and use of customer portals Don’t miss out on this opportunity!
