Schedule - Full-time | 1.0 FTE | Onsite at CentraCare- Melrose - Four-day work week with flexibility to customize your clinical mix - Typically three days in clinic and one day in the Level IV Emergency Department - Additional ED shifts available for those interested; fewer ED shifts available based on provider preference - Call: - Weekday call approximately 1:4 , providing backup coverage to APP overnight care - Weekend call includes primary hospitalist responsibilities such as admissions and rounding Pay and Benefits - Salary range: $260,000 - $500,000 per year - Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity - Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate - May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation. - Benefits: Medical, dental, time off, retirement, employee discounts and more!
