Job Details Description POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for the maintenance, repair and alteration of Credit Union facilities and equipment. The position requires initiative, minimal supervision and varied skill. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Maintains interior, exterior, heating and cooling sources, and grounds of buildings and foreclosed properties. Actively maintains building structure and systems. Regularly checks, cleans, and maintains heating/cooling sources for branches and properties. • Performs maintenance on electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and structural systems in and outside the Credit Union's facilities. • Performs minor alterations to the facilities. • Ensures performance of safety and security systems of internal and external physical structures including safety equipment such as fire sprinklers, alarms, cameras, and security lights. • Performs maintenance on Credit Union equipment. • Regularly maintains and services cash recycler equipment. • Actively participates in community relations efforts to contribute to the mission and visibility of the Credit Union. Limited, high level interaction with members. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High school diploma or equivalent. Four years facilities maintenance or construction experience or equivalent.
