Rinke Noonan is seeking a Paralegal to join our environmental legal team in St. Cloud, MN. This position provides an opportunity to continue developing legal skills while working collaboratively with a team of attorneys and professional staff. While successful candidates must demonstrate professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and handle tasks efficiently, the position will provide you with practice-specific training to support our existing, steady workload. This position provides support to attorneys and professional staff representing diverse clients on a variety of sophisticated environmental legal matters including federal and state litigation; federal, state, and local regulatory matters pertaining to water, land, and wetland conservation compliance; land use permitting and controls; and local government water management proceedings. You will be responsible for enhancing attorney effectiveness by performing substantive legal work, contributing to the case, and impacting the resolution. You will work under the immediate direction of the supervising attorney, manage the attorney’s and client relationships, and work to ensure deadlines are met. As a paralegal, your work is billable to clients. Responsibilities: - Drafting legal documents - Maintaining files and correspondence - Calendaring deadlines - Client contact Skills : - Highly organized and detail-oriented - Excellent skills in English grammar; spelling and punctuation; writing, editing and proofreading - Proficient in the full Microsoft Office Suite - Willingness to learn new tasks Qualifications : - Liberal arts or paralegal degree is preferred.
