Educational assistants work directly under the supervision of a special education teacher and/or the school principal. Successful applicants will supervise and work with students with physical, intellectual, and/or behavioral disabilities or will work with all students in a behavior support role. Two year college degree or paraprofessional certification is preferred but not required.
