Located in Sauk Rapids, MN, Hillside Early Childhood provides quality early childhood programs to families.Sauk Rapids-Rice Public Schools believe in:- A culture of high quality and effective instruction- Partnerships and collaboration- Student and staff well-being- High student achievement- Stewardship of resources- Equitable educationPrimary Responsibilities:- Assist District nurse with hearing and vision screening- Follow Dial 4 script to determine childrens' motor, language, thinking, and communication skills- Score ASQ SE-2 to determine social and emotional development and discuss with parents any concerns they may have noted- Provide information to families regarding when home visits may be appropriate or regarding ECFE and community activities/events that may be beneficial- Attend Screener Meetings scheduled throughout the yearRequired Qualifications:Hold a valid Minnesota teaching license in Early Childhood or Early Childhood Special EducationPreferred Qualifications:Have completed or be willing to complete Dial 4, ASQ SE-2, vision and hearing screening trainingContract:180 hours per year (.1236 FTE) from August through AprilDeadline: Applications accepted online at www.isd47.org/start-your-career until filled.Note:Candidates must pass a criminal background check in order to be eligible for employment.
