As a member of the Revenue Marketing team, the Digital Marketing Specialist owns the Field Nation prospect and customer experience across all digital channels. You'll be responsible for managing, optimizing, and reporting on all things digital marketing, including web, PPC, display advertising, and content syndication. As the liaison for all things digital, you'll work with our digital agencies and internal/external partners to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously, delivering high-quality results on a consistent basis. This position is located in Minneapolis, MN and reports to the Sr. Manager of Revenue Marketing. What You'll Do - Manage campaign execution, administration and reporting for multiple digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, paid social, organic search, display, among other channels - Coordinate with agency partner to create and deploy new pay-per-click campaigns and maintain/optimize existing PPC campaigns - Support the broader marketing initiatives with digital enablement across all channels - Work with marketing managers, content, and design to develop ad messaging and creative and provide to agency partner - Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization and make changes as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to create and optimize landing pages and copy for website and search campaigns - Work with web development agency to execute improvements to WordPress site - Make regular changes to WordPress site including web page/post creation and site optimization - Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics and implement suggested improvements - Work with content strategist to make on-page and content SEO improvements in WordPress - Plan, execute, and optimize quarterly lead gen programs with content syndication partners. Coordinate with content strategist to drive content creation and delivery to partners - Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate - Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI - Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies What You'll Need - 2+ years of working experience in digital marketing - Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate - Experience in user research, landing pages optimization, conversion points, and user funnels - Experience managing and working in WordPress - Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console - Solid knowledge of keyword optimization tools (ex. SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs) - Working knowledge of ad platforms (Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit) - Experience with A/B testing and multivariate experiments - Knowledge of website analytics tools (ex.
