Customer Service Support

External Description Str : - Process customer inquiries and orders; answer routine inquiries, provide follow-up customer service support - Expedite delivery of products - Maintain product-specific database; documents customer calls, problems and resolutions - Act as liaison between manufacturing, sales and customers - Escalate problems to the next level - Work with direct supervision - Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment - Good written and verbal communication skills - Basic MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills - Ability to sit for prolonged periods and occasionally walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs. - Previous customer service or related work experience - High School Diploma or equivalent
