Job details here would be: - Answering and transferring calls to the appropriate department using a multi-line phone system - Welcoming visitors and walking them through check-in procedures - Sorting statements and assisting with various projects To be successful in the role you would need: - Prior experience with using computer, copier, mail, and fax machine - Have a professional, friendly, and positive demeanor - High level of organizational skills and attention to detail required - Phenomenal interpersonal skills are a must This is a Temp to Hire opportunity.
